The Business Process Improvement team strengthens the operational effectiveness of the Division of Business & Finance by improving systems, workflows, and data accessibility. Through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, we support efficient, transparent operations that advance 糖心Vlog鈥檚 mission of excellence in teaching, research, and service.
Core Focus Areas
- System Issue Resolution
Investigating and resolving functional issues related to Banner and other financial systems. - Reporting & Data Access
Supporting the development and improvement of reports that help departments access accuratefinancial and operational data. - Process Documentation
Creating clear documentation for financial and administrative processes to ensure consistency and continuity. - Workflow Improvement
Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and designing improved workflows that reduce manual work and errors. - Training & Support
Helping departments better understand systems and processes so they can work more effectively.
